What happens at the Education Advocacy Workshop?

We move through sections of the book 'From Emotions to Advocacy', by Pete and Pam Wright.  Bring home tips, strategies, and handouts to empower your ability to advocate effectively 

 
Who should attend this workshop?

All levels of skills are welcome. It is advisable that you attend a basic IEP training prior to attending.

  How can you improve your advocacy skills?
  • Attend an IEP training offered by PHP and other organizations.

  • Attend support groups to meet other parents.

  • Attend workshops about your child's disability.

  • Join local and national organizations in increase your knowledge
