Community Disability Library

The PHP Community Disability Library is a unique resource for disability-specific conditions. In many instances, this is the first place where parents come when their child has received a diagnosis. We offer up-to-date materials not usually found in other public libraries or in local bookstores.
The PHP Community Disability Library provides a resource of 3,000 books/videos/DVDs to parents and professionals on the special needs of children and their families. We also offer Internet and Wi-Fi services.
