PHP's Education Specialists assist families in learning their rights and best practices to ensure that infants, toddlers, children, youth and young adults with special needs receive the early intervention, education, and transition services they need for a productive life. We are here to help you navigate the special education maze and provide you with the information and tools you need to be an informed and active participant in your child’s education.
