Anxiety and Mood Disorders Support

Two young men

Parents and caregivers of children and teens with anxiety, mood disorders, bipolar, depression, defiance disorders, substance use (and/or abuse) etc. are encouraged to attend. Come and share your experiences and concerns with others who understand your fears and frustrations. You are not alone. The focus of this group is to establish parent-to-parent support, share resources and provide a forum for education about all aspects of anxiety and mood disorders.

We meet on the 3rd Wednesday of the month, 11 am - 1 pm, at Parents Helping Parents, Sobrato Center for Nonprofits – San Jose.
